I'm riding with the redeem team They are playing on a higher plane than everybody else. While on that note the Olympics have been interesting. Something I noticed when the USA athletic team was prancing, showboating and all that other nonsense people rightfully called them on it, now all i hear is silence when bolt prances and showboats...its all funny and hypocritical to me. Football is right around the corner, Can't wait for the league to start granted I don't see my squad winning more than five games, I mean looking at the schedule I see us being 1-6 by week 8, and still the one winnable game is a toss up. and can we give the One star(Steven Jackson) we have whatever he wants?

Ravens <<, the only consolation is that they will prolly lag in their division and suck like us... i don't think they are better than us we are more stable in the Qb position, our WR's are better,Running backs as well, the Offensive lines are tie i think. The only skill position they beat us is TE.

Clemens yesterday, good grief was he on some other shit, veering of tangent, not answering questions. "misremember", "misheard", all at the same time being up there on soapbox talking about he worked hard, meh you should have worked harder on your grammar. Speaking of which anybody watched the latest abomination to that franchise? after you grow older thats when you realize all them shits, they were showing us with mobile cinema(....desa aka desert was where i remember mine), were just propaganda tools. While still talking about movies how ill is new batman gonna be?? and you know its gotta win some awards (..sorry to say because of Ledger), but thats beside the point the new updated joker is gonna be nice, and plus they got rid of Cruise's chic, she sucked in the first one. This is the movie i can't wait to see peep trailer Why so serious. Two movies you should watch in case you haven't "No country for old men", easily has the best villain since Hannibal, just ruthless and cold hearted, not to mention its a well , acted and written story...don't hope for fluff ending neither, ha ha. The other one is "There will be blood", DDL absolutely kills it, very very nice flick. If you wanna cry (I didn't) or get depressed, watch "The Mist", the palpability of the hopelessness was...whats the word depressing.I'm hoping to catch Jumper this weekend, should be fun... Oh, how could i forget "The wire" is just killing it...

Just how ill was that Giants defense? cot damn they had heat for days...seeing brady on his back that much of the game was priceless. How amped am about this album, lupe is one the few new emcees(other i rank up there is Jay electronica) who are mic monsters , his lyrical skills are top notch..I might even go ahead and say his heir to Nas and them if you sleep on Food and Liquor then you missed out on a whole lot. For the most part this a conceptual album, I lost the link about the explanation of the characters but Lupe is creative ass ninja....not too many exist in this era. The album is centered on the character on "the cool" character in the F&L album. So far I like 'streets on fire'...this track great, and the combo of him and this Santos cat is perfect, 'Gotta eat'..the rhyming from a cheeseburger perspective..lol, 'Paris, tokyo'...( I wish YOU would hear this song)..., 'The coolest', Superstar is nice as well had to grow on me....'little weapon' is another fav. I await to digest the album, a sure cop for me

I watched "no country for old men" a couple of weeks back, i have never enjoyed the villain like that since, hannibal, good movie, dialogue was excellent the ending though was ehh..., I also watched "the mist"......depressing ass movie, the sense of hopelessness after the first quarter of movie was arrgh...the ending was even worse (in terms of the hopelessness), i left the theater thinking damn, that was cruel on some heart rending shit....about to go see 'I AM', excited about it..should be fun, I love vampire movies....

How funny is it to analysts in the four letter channel, falling over themselves tryna exonerate clemens? apparently bond was not a nice to them thats why the media, treated him harshly buncha a clowns walking around like scorned little girls....so because he is not buddy buddy... your outrage is magnified? FOH...

So how despicable are the ravens?? I was disgusted .....you let that horrible squad win a game?? pfft...and to think two weeks they were couple of seconds to giving the patsy's their first L. I was more excited in seeing a team go 0-16 than the patsy's going undefeated....On another note how depressing will it be when smug hoody and brady go undefeated? how am I supposed to deal with insufferable fanhood of patsy's? smh at browns being tied for first in their division, I tend to think Pittsburgh were a tad bit overrated.....

....So finally my Rams won. Grey hova's new offering American gangster is nice, I give a strong 3.75 out of five, the beats are fresh for the most part, some tracks though like hello Brooklyn we could do without, that beat is horrid, and On party life....the beat is dope, the flow is nice as well, hell i like the track but some of the things hov is saying are hurl worthy..... c'mon hov "i sport fly shit i should win an espy" really hov? really?...and she is my little quarterback ...ya diiig, coz i'm all that in the sack... ya diiig....smh @ hov. How about in the next track he absolutely spits that fiyahhh? all around a strong album, The samples are dope as well...and soulful. Goes in my top ten this year. Fav tracks 'success' with nas, no hook, ignorant shit, falling, sweet, American dreaming(that marvin sample is dope), pray. Good thing to see No I.D., having his music out there (he co produced success and fallin').

Smh...at me playing like bum in one league then balling in another....man in one L, my handles are atrocious, can't handle the rock, missing chip shots but in the other I'm playing well, running the pg effectively arrgh, gotta get mind around , at least the D is pretty even, nobody lighting my old ass up...
